The Resident Manager is the caretaker for the assigned property. California law requires that certain property utilized for profit shall maintain on-site managers twenty four hours a day to provide services and protection for the residents. In addition to overseeing maintenance, the Resident Manager is available to assist residents, promote properties for rent, execute rental agreements, and collect rent payments. The Resident Manager is the public face of the assigned property. This position will require you to live on-site.
