The candidate will maintain the community's curb appeal to provide an attractive environment and must have the ability to transfer knowledge to others on the team. Candidates should have the desire and ability to address residents' customer service needs through clear and caring communication, work independently with a sense of urgency, be solutions-oriented, and be willing and able to learn industry-leading technology to provide efficient and effective service. Qualified candidates must have demonstrated organizational skills to prioritize daily schedules to meet property demands. This position requires the team member to perform work functions for the community at which they live.
