As an On Site (Resident) Assistant Maintenance Manager, the team member lives at the community and performs additional functions such as extra on-call support, weekend swimming pool maintenance, compactor area checks, and serving as the first contact for fire/burglar alarms and hurricane response, including initial post-hurricane damage assessment.
