About The Position

This is a full-time position with benefits and an amazing college scholarship opportunity. The Resident Lifestyle Facilitator Assistant will facilitate Resident Services programs and activities as designated by the department manager, which may include teaching classes to residents. This role will coordinate transportation services for residents and vehicle maintenance schedules, perform administrative tasks, and maintain and report end-of-month volunteer participation and department activities to the Director of Volunteers. The assistant will also help maintain the Touchtown database by inputting department events, resident birthdays, wedding anniversaries, and emergency announcements. Additionally, the role may require driving company vehicles, acting as backup for outing chaperones, setting up and ensuring audio/video and other media equipment is ready for resident events, creating flyers for events, assisting residents in entering their volunteer hours, scheduling meeting rooms, and assisting residents with technology and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a high school diploma
  • Expertise in MS Office products such as Excel, Power Point, Publisher, and Word
  • 1-3 months related experience required
  • Computer literate a must
  • Hearing, Speaking

  • CDL a plus but not required

Responsibilities
