If you have a passion for helping people and want to be part of a team that listens, cares, and provides support every day, we invite you to explore this career opportunity. We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented individuals to join our shelter team as a Part-Time Weekend Resident Life Associate (RLA). This position requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, reliability, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, trauma-informed environment.
