About The Position

Third Space Therapy is seeking passionate Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population. The company offers the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focusing on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare. Third Space Therapy handles administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and insurance, allowing therapists to concentrate on client care. The role offers complete flexibility in work hours, appointment settings, and client load, a robust referral network, and a remote practice model. Clinicians can progress toward licensure by accruing clinical hours while practicing.

Requirements

• Currently licensed as a Resident in Counseling and pursuing LPC licensure in Virginia.
• A Master’s degree in Counseling.
• A minimum of 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience.
• Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools.
• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions.
• Fluency in English.
