About The Position

The Resident Experience Coordinator role focuses on creating moments that matter every day for residents. This role involves planning and delivering engaging programs that build connection and well-being, offering a creative, hands-on experience with a visible impact on resident life.

Requirements

  • 1+ year in senior living or hospitality preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Organized communicator with customer-service mindset
  • Comfortable with MS Office/AV equipment
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Able to lift 25 lbs
  • Flexible for evenings/weekends

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, setup, and execution of events and programs
  • Support communications and promotions for events and programs
  • Encourage resident participation in events and programs
  • Provide Concierge coverage as needed
  • Coordinate or drive transportation for residents
  • Uphold hospitality standards with partners and vendors
