About The Position

This is a temporary role focused on creating engaging programs and fostering connection and well-being for residents. The role involves planning, executing, and promoting events, providing concierge coverage, and coordinating transportation while upholding hospitality standards. The duration of the assignment depends on business needs, with potential opportunities to apply for other roles within the organization.

Requirements

• 1+ year in senior living or hospitality preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Organized communicator with a customer-service mindset.
• Comfortable with MS Office/AV equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift 25 lbs.
• Flexible for evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, setup, and execution of events and programs.
• Support communications and promotions for events and programs.
• Encourage resident participation in programs and events.
• Provide Concierge coverage as needed.
• Coordinate or drive transportation for residents.
• Uphold hospitality standards with partners and vendors.
