A key responsibility is generating a monthly calendar of resident events, monitoring attendance, and managing supplies for these events in coordination with the Property Manager. Additionally, the Resident Coordinator will market the property by developing marketing strategies, engaging in sales and lease negotiations, and establishing a referral network. The role requires managing weekly marketing reports and distributing semiannual resident surveys.
