About The Position

The Resident Coordinator is responsible for understanding and anticipating resident needs through communication, availability, and seeking opportunities to enhance the resident experience. This involves regular property inspections and periodic visits to each resident. The role also includes assisting new residents with move-in, orienting them to community procedures, parking, business hours, and mail services. A key responsibility is generating a monthly calendar of resident events, monitoring attendance, and managing supplies for these events in coordination with the Property Manager. Additionally, the Resident Coordinator will market the property by developing marketing strategies, engaging in sales and lease negotiations, and establishing a referral network. The role requires managing weekly marketing reports and distributing semiannual resident surveys.
