Requirements

Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills
Must have excellent organizational and telephone skills
Demonstrates the ability to communicate and work effectively with others
Demonstrates ability to work with minimal supervision
Knowledge of Microsoft basic word, excel and internet skills
Capable of reading, interpreting and writing English
Positive attitude towards the elderly
Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.)
Must be team player
High School Graduate
At least one year’s experience in a customer service environment
This position requires background screening through the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
