About The Position

The Landing at Cape Elizabeth is seeking Resident Care Staff (CNA, PSS, CRMA) for Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem positions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a supportive team environment within a small community setting, with opportunities for on-the-job training and career advancement. We have current openings for Personal Support Specialist (PSS) in training, a Personal Support Specialist (PSS), CNA, CRMA, PSS/CRMA, and CNA/CRMA. Many positions offer company-paid certification programs to become a CRMA or PSS.

Requirements

• Licensed CNA applicants for CNA positions.
• Licensed CRMA applicants for CRMA positions.
• Licensed PSS/CRMA applicants for PSS/CRMA positions.
• Licensed CNA/CRMA applicants for CNA/CRMA positions.
• Must pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Passion and interest to train and become certified as a care provider.
• Interest in becoming certified as a CRMA.
• Interest in becoming certified as a PSS.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care as a Personal Support Specialist (PSS), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA).
• Participate in on-the-job training programs for certification.
• Assist residents in a small community environment.
