Position Summary: The Resident Care Manager, reporting directly to the Director of Nursing, is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of resident care and the care staff team to ensure the highest standards of service, safety, and resident satisfaction. This role provides leadership in developing individualized care plans, supervising and mentoring care staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Resident Care Manager serves as the central link between residents, families, staff, and community leadership—promoting a resident-centered approach that supports physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being. This position requires a balance of administrative oversight, direct resident care, and staff development, while fostering a positive, collaborative environment that emphasizes dignity, independence, and quality of life for each resident.
