Resident Care Manager (RCM) - RN
About The Position
Marquis Companies is a growing healthcare organization operating post-acute rehabilitation and assisted living facilities, Marquis at Home, Consonus Rehab, and Consonus Pharmacy. The Resident Care Manager (RCM) uses nursing expertise to conduct and coordinate the development and completion of resident assessments (MDS) in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines, including implementation of CAAs. The role coordinates with physicians, healthcare providers, facility interdisciplinary teams, and families, and manages resident care through Charge Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Medication Nurses to support residents’ quality of life and care. The facility uses an electronic medical records and electronic charting system. Hands-on training is provided to learn Marquis nursing systems and procedures.
Requirements
- Must hold an RN license for the appropriate state.
- Strong assessment and care-planning skills.
- Two to three years of experience working as an RN.

- Some long-term care experience.
- A strong passion for working with the senior population.
- Experience in Nurse Supervisor roles.
Responsibilities
