About The Position

Resident Care Coordinator (Staffing & Scheduling) – Senior Living $22.25–$24.25/hour | Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts Mountain Vista Assisted Living & Memory Care, part of American Baptist Homes of the Midwest, is hiring a Resident Care Coordinator to support the daily staffing and scheduling operations of our nursing department. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our residents receive consistent, high-quality care by maintaining appropriate staffing levels and supporting our caregiving teams. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in assisted living or senior living
QMAP Certification in the state of Colorado required
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computers and programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Responsibilities

Create and maintain staffing schedules for nursing staff including caregivers and medication technicians
Manage call-offs and arrange shift coverage to ensure adequate staffing 24/7
Communicate with staff regarding scheduling updates and adjustments
Track staffing levels and notify nursing leadership when coverage falls below requirements
Prepare and distribute daily assignments and staffing reports
Maintain and update employee contact lists and staffing records
Coordinate scheduling for orientation, training, and in-service hours with staff development
Track employee attendance and communicate concerns to nursing leadership
Assist with payroll tracking by maintaining accurate timecard records
Communicate regularly with supervisors and nursing leadership regarding staffing needs
Support compliance with staffing requirements and facility regulations
