About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking health care rockstars to join their team as a Staffing Coordinator. This role is responsible for developing and coordinating resident care staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels in clinical departments, in accordance with company guidelines. The coordinator will plan and schedule staff for nursing units to assure resident care, distribute staff appropriately throughout the facility, and ensure staffing meets state and federal regulations.

Requirements

Active and in good standing Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice.
Minimum of one year of LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience required.
Strong sense of personal organization and time management.
Impeccable attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel required.
Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities
