About The Position

Spring Gardens of Holladay—A beautiful senior living community in Holladay, UT is seeking to better the lives of our wonderful residents. We are focused on providing personalized quality care through hope, compassion, and dedication to excellence! We are currently looking to hire a passionate and service-minded leader to serve as our Assisted Living Care Coordinator and become a key member of our health services team! Our ideal applicant will have a CNA license and have weekend availability.

Requirements

Must have current CNA license
Previous Med Tech experience
Experience caring for elderly residents in an assisted living or nursing home setting.
Great computer skills
Problem solver

Responsibilities

Filling other gaps in CNA/Med Tech schedule, as needed fill in for regular shifts.
Work side by side assisting the Director of Nursing.
Conference with famlies as needed.
Maintaining MAR, handling communication regarding medications, cycling medications, and maintaining an organized medication cart.
Coordinating with Home Health and Hospice Companies and other providers.
Assisting with CNA/Med Tech In-service training.
Follow up on shift change notes.
Communicating regularly with Nurse and Executive Director.
Fulfilling other duties as assigned by administration.
Ordering supplies as needed.
Organizing vaccine clinic and yearly immunization form.
Manage budget and spenddown.
