We provide compassionate care for residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities, using a multidisciplinary approach to help them thrive. A Day in the Life As a Resident Care Attendant, you’ll support residents under the direction of Nurse Managers, delivering personalized care that promotes fulfilling, enriched lives. Schedule: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Part-time and full-time positions available.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR/Basic Life Support certification (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents and ensure safe, high-quality care
• Engage residents in age-appropriate, therapeutic activities
• Assist with lifting and transferring residents
• Support on-site and off-site activities
• Maintain a clean, organized environment
