We provide compassionate care for residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities, using a multidisciplinary approach to help them thrive.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR/Basic Life Support certification (training provided)

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the care team

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents and ensure safe, high-quality care
• Engage residents in age-appropriate, therapeutic activities
• Assist with lifting and transferring residents
• Support on-site and off-site activities
• Maintain a clean, organized environment
