About The Position

Grand Meadow Senior Living is hiring PRN Resident Care Assistants (Caregivers) in Grand Meadow, Minnesota. The role provides personalized, hands-on care in a welcoming senior living environment, supporting residents’ comfort and dignity. This is an in-person, casual/on-call position with varying shifts; employees can pick up shifts that fit their schedules. Pay is $18.00–$19.88 per hour, with a shift differential for designated shifts. The organization says most candidates hear back within 48 hours and accepts applications on a rolling basis. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal care, mobility, and medications.
• Assist with meals and light housekeeping.
• Monitor residents’ health and respond to emergencies.
• Offer emotional support and companionship, and engage residents in activities.
• Document care and follow care plans under the supervision of medical staff while protecting residents’ dignity.
