About The Position
Start a new career as a Resident Care Assistant with Tarina of Cypresswood, a Saga senior living community! This is a part-time position with shifts from 10pm - 6:30am, requiring weekend and holiday rotation. Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 required.
- Minimum 1 year of senior caregiving experience required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, resident-focused care with daily routines including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment while encouraging independence and preserving each resident’s dignity.
- Observe and report any changes in residents’ health or behavior; accurately chart care activities and collaborate with nursing staff and families.
- Provide additional support for residents with higher care needs, using a calm, patient approach to foster engagement and emotional well-being.
