About The Position
Fairway View Senior Communities seeks a Resident Care Assistant (RCA) to provide quality care for residents. The role supports residents with daily living needs, meals, social engagement, medication management, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The position is scheduled for 64 hours per two-week pay period on the day shift.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, and showers.
- Assist with serving and cleaning up meals and snacks.
- Engage residents in social interactions and activities.
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Manage medications in accordance with residents’ plans of care.
- Document services provided and outcomes in accordance with established protocols.
