About The Position
Fairway View Senior Communities seeks a Resident Care Assistant (RCA) to provide quality care for our residents. This position plays a vital role in the lives of our residents and enhances the well-being of those they care for.
Requirements
- Compassionate individual with strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, and showers
- Assists with serving and cleanup of meals and snacks
- Engage residents in social interactions and activities
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean safe environment
- Medication management in accordance to residents plan of care
- Document all services provided and outcomes in accordance with established protocols
