About The Position
Start a new career as a Resident Care Assistant with Novellus Clairemont! We are seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to support residents with daily care needs in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must speak fluent English
- Must be compassionate and eager to learn!
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on assistance with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable environment while encouraging resident dignity, choice, and independence
- Observe residents for changes in physical or cognitive condition, document care provided, and share updates with nursing staff and the care team
- Offer additional support to residents with higher care needs, using patience and compassion to promote engagement, comfort, and emotional well-being
