About The Position
Juniper Communities is seeking a Resident Associate to join their team. This role is crucial in providing physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent. This position is available for full-time, part-time, or PRN with shifts from 11 pm to 7 am, and applications are accepted for all shifts. The pay starts at $18.00 per hour, with a shift differential for the 3 pm to 11 pm shift. DailyPay is also available, allowing employees to access earned wages before payday.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Responsibilities
- Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
- Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
- Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
- Provide excellent customer service.
