About The Position

River Oaks of Minnesota is seeking a full-time and part-time Caregivers (Resident Assistants / Certified Nursing Assistants / Trained Medication Aides) to provide exceptional personal care for our residents. We support individuals with physical needs and empower those with mental health challenges to achieve the highest quality of life possible. Requirements

18 years or older
Ability to pass a background check
Compassion for individuals with physical and mental health challenges

Nice To Haves

Experience with patient care, medication administration, or basic medical terminology

Responsibilities

Assisting residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and dietary needs.
Administering medications and ensuring proper documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
Providing individualized physical and mental support to preserve residents' dignity and promote well-being.
Performing light housekeeping tasks when time allows, ensuring a clean and comfortable living environment.
Communicating residents' health status with medical personnel and maintaining accurate documentation.
