About The Position

Our Buhl Carefree Living facility of Minnesota is looking for Resident Assistant's/Caregiver's to join our growing and established Assisted Living community. Schedule: Part time PM/Afternoon shifts available Shift differential for PM extra $1.00 and overnight extra $1.50 RESPONSIBILITIES: Relationship building and ensuring the ultimate level of care and customer service is provided. Assist adults with activities of daily living. Provide a safe, healthy and productive daily living environment. Increase quality of life by being respectful, professional, and understanding of the client's needs. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required. CNA certification is NOT REQUIRED Must have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service. Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving skills Position requires computer use; knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office is required. Selected candidate must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position and will be subject to a DHS and criminal background study. Requirements

Must have a passion for providing excellent care and customer service.
