About The Position
The Resident Assistant is responsible for certain duties pertaining to the Desired Haven Family Care Home. She is a well established client or graduate of the program and expected to model character that displays the core values of Arkansas Baptist Children and Family Ministries.
Requirements
- Desired Haven Graduate or well established client
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and preparing suite
- Assign Chores for public areas and note completion status (report non-compliance to RM)
- Oversee repairs including securing approval, scheduling, and notifying appropriate staff.
- Handle emergencies
- Training (TBRI, Mandated Reporter, CPR, etc.)
- Receive donations including keeping log and thank you notes.
- Host Volunteer groups and give tours.
- Progress notes/ weekly meeting.
