About The Position
The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with activities of daily living and helps maintain their personal environment. The role also includes observing residents and documenting relevant information, as well as assisting with onboarding new Associates. The position requires a Level 1 Med Aide license and completion and maintenance of the assigned medication administration training program and competencies. Requirements
- Level 1 Med Aide license required.
- Complete and maintain the assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
- Must be at least 18 years old to operate lift equipment, as stated in the posting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- BLS Certification.
