About The Position
The Timbers Assisted Living / Reflections Memory Care at The Timbers in Holts Summit, Missouri, is seeking a compassionate and dependable Level 1 Med Aide to serve seniors living with memory loss. The role includes administering medications and helping create a safe, familiar, and supportive environment where residents feel valued, respected, and cared for. The L1MA works closely with the nursing and caregiving team to provide person-centered care, support residents’ daily routines, and build trusting relationships with residents and their families.
Requirements
- Current L1MA certification or current CMT license.
- Strong attention to detail and medication safety.
- Patience, empathy, and a calm approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
Nice To Haves
- Previous senior care or Memory Care experience.
