About The Position

LTE - Resident Assistant - NOC Shift opportunity available at Dove Healthcare - Orchard Hills Assisted Living. This position offers full-time or part-time hours. Dove Healthcare is seeking individuals for a caregiving position that supports spending quality time with residents, working with a supportive team, and feeling valued. Whether you are new to caregiving or experienced, our team looks forward to meeting you! As a resident assistant (caregiver) in our assisted living residence, you will assist residents with personal cares, medication administration, meals, activities, housekeeping, and general supervision, while providing a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment and making a difference in people's lives. Certified nursing assistants (CNA) and non-licensed caregivers are encouraged to apply. CNAs will be paid at a CNA wage. On-the-job, paid training is provided, including standard precautions, medication administration and management, CBRF fire safety, and first aid and choking.

Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • desire to help those in need of assistance
  • ability to work every other weekend and holiday
