Available Schedule: Full Time Overnight shifts Shift Differential: Additional $2.50 per hour for Overnight shifts

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required
• CNA certification not required
• Passion for providing outstanding care and service
• Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using computers, Internet, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to meet physical requirements and pass DHS and criminal background study

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents while delivering excellent care and customer service
• Assist adults with activities of daily living
• Promote a safe, healthy, and positive living environment
• Support residents with dignity, professionalism, and compassion
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• Complete additional duties as assigned
