About The Position
Aspire Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs and Resident Assistants to provide personalized care and support to residents while helping them maintain independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life. CNA certification is desirable but not required. The position is based at Aspire Senior Living in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Opportunities may be available across day, evening, and night shifts, including weekends and holidays. Shift differentials may be available for eligible shifts. The role involves assisting residents with activities of daily living, following individualized service plans, supporting mobility and medication assistance when trained and delegated, completing wellness checks, observing and reporting changes, documenting care, and helping maintain a safe, comfortable, homelike environment. The position requires performing essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- CNA certification is desirable but not required.
- Previous caregiving, assisted living, memory care, or senior living experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, and other activities of daily living.
- Provide care according to each resident's Individual Service Plan (ISP).
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment and safe practices.
- Complete wellness checks and respond promptly to resident calls and alarms.
- Observe residents for changes in condition or behavior and promptly report concerns.
- Accurately document resident care and services.
- Assist with medications when appropriately trained and delegated.
- Follow resident-rights, infection-prevention, and safety requirements.
- Participate in required meetings and training.
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and homelike environment.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
