About The Position
The Resident Assistant supports residents with activities of daily living and helps maintain their personal environment. The role also includes observing residents, documenting relevant information, and assisting with onboarding new Associates. Resident Assistants provide care with compassion and dedication while building meaningful relationships and supporting social interaction and community connection.
Requirements
- Complete and maintain the assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
- Be at least 18 years old to operate lift equipment, as required by statute.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- BLS Certification.
Responsibilities
