Resident Assistant - On-Call (Nights) - Assisted Living
About The Position
HumanGood incorporates its Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. The Resident Assistant provides assistance with personal care and protection for residents in the assisted living level of care. The role develops awareness of residents’ interests and needs and helps residents maximize their independence and participation. This is an on-call, per-diem position for overnight shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Fridays through Sundays. Weekend and holiday availability is required. Pay is $18–$20 per hour depending on experience, with shift differentials for evenings, overnights, and weekends, plus an on-call/per-diem differential. Benefits eligibility depends on employment status and regularly scheduled hours.
Requirements
- Prior caregiving or memory support experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Weekend and holiday availability.
