Resident Assistant STNA/CNA - Community Frist Solutions Float Pool
About The Position
At Community First Solutions, care teams focus on the person—not just the task. As a Resident Assistant (State Tested CNA), you will provide direct, person-centered care to residents by assisting with daily activities that support their physical, emotional, and social well-being. You will help with personal care and offer companionship while fostering dignity, independence, and belonging. This float-pool position offers AM or PM schedules (6:30–7:00) and the ability to pick up shifts at Community First Solutions facilities: Jamestown, Westover, Berkley Square, The Cottage of Mason, Montage Mason, Sycamore Glen, and The Patterson. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, based on the date of state certification.
Requirements
- Active status on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, person-centered care to residents.

- Help residents with personal care.
