About The Position
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides high-quality care focused on patient and family comfort and well-being. The role involves delivering basic care with a customer-service-oriented approach, supporting care for patients from diverse backgrounds, advocating for ethical and holistic care, and helping create a safe, supportive environment. This is a 0.9 FTE night-shift Float Pool position with a schedule to be determined.
Requirements
- Current Washington State CNA license.
- Current BLS Certification.
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience in a physician’s office or other medical facility is preferred.
- Recent or current hospital experience working as a CNA is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage basic care activities with a customer-service-oriented delivery of care to patients.
- Support the delivery of care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups.
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care that promotes patients’ autonomy, dignity, and health.
