About The Position
This position offers a CNA training opportunity, providing a paid certification pathway for individuals seeking to become a Certified Nursing Assistant. The role involves providing compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a skilled nursing facility, supporting their daily living activities, and promoting their comfort, safety, and dignity. It's an opportunity to gain hands-on experience while developing the necessary skills to become a CNA.
Requirements
- No certification yet? Bethesda will support your CNA training and certification (within 4 months) while you gain hands-on experience in a top 5% ranked skilled nursing facility in Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Support mobility, comfort, and personal care needs
- Work closely with nursing staff to ensure quality care
- Build meaningful relationships in a team-based environment
