About The Position
Tapestry Senior Living - Lakeshore is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant to work Saturdays and Sundays only. This role involves assisting residents with daily activities, monitoring their well-being, providing companionship, documenting care, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- CPR Certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
- A caring, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
Nice To Haves
- Active Florida CNA License
Responsibilities
- Help residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and getting around safely
- Watch for changes in how a resident is doing and report them to the nursing staff right away
- Spend real time with residents, not just tasks, checking in and keeping them company
- Write down completed care and shift notes so the next team has what they need
- Keep resident rooms and common areas clean and safe
