The Resident Assistant (RA) serves as live-in members of the residential life team for the Florida Musical Theatre Intensive while students are housed on the Rollins College campus. Reporting to the Dorm Supervisor, Resident Assistants support student safety, wellbeing, and engagement during non-classroom hours, while serving as mentors and role models within a positive, inclusive, and structured residential community. Resident Assistants are responsible for supervising students, enforcing housing policies, assisting with behavior management, and supporting emergency response protocols under the direction of the Dorm Supervisor. They also contribute to the implementation of evening residential programming, including facilitating dorm-based activities and fostering community among participants. The Florida Musical Theatre Intensive is a two-week program running from June 14 through June 28, 2026, serving approximately 60 high school students ages 14–19. The program takes place at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, with student and residential life team housing provided at Rollins College during the residential portion of the program. This temporary position runs from June 1 through July 2, 2026, and is part of the residential life team reporting to the Dorm Supervisor.
