The SEED School of Washington, D.C. is seeking a Resident Advisor (RA) to manage a designated student house and supervise students during the morning, afternoon, and evening Student Life Program hours. This role is crucial for creating and maintaining a safe and secure environment that fosters student learning and growth. The RA will serve as a role model, guiding students in developing essential social, self-help, and life-long learning skills, and supporting their academic achievement within the residential setting. Campus residency is required due to the unique 24-hour residential school environment. The SEED Foundation operates a national network of public, college-preparatory boarding schools, serving traditionally underserved students and offering a unique 24-hour, 5-day per week learning environment.
