About The Position

Dove Healthcare is seeking a Resident Assistant for the NOC shift at Orchard Hills Assisted Living. This role offers part-time opportunities with a holiday rotation. If you are looking for a caregiving position where you can spend quality time with residents, work with a supportive team, and feel valued, this is the opportunity for you. Whether you are new to caregiving or experienced, our team welcomes you. As a resident assistant (caregiver) in our assisted living residence, you will assist residents with personal cares, medication administration, meals, activities, housekeeping, and general supervision. You will also provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment and make a difference in people's lives. Certified nursing assistants (CNA) and non-licensed caregivers are encouraged to apply. CNAs will be paid at a CNA wage. On-the-job, paid training is provided, including standard precautions, medication administration and management, CBRF fire safety, first aid, and choking response.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Desire to help those in need of assistance
  • Ability to work every other weekend and holiday
