Resident Assistant - NOC Shift
About The Position
Dove Healthcare is seeking a Resident Assistant for the NOC shift at Orchard Hills Assisted Living in Eau Claire, WI. This role offers part-time opportunities and includes a holiday rotation. Dove Healthcare emphasizes providing a caregiving position that allows for quality time with residents, teamwork, and feeling valued. They welcome both new and experienced caregivers. As a resident assistant, you will assist residents with personal cares, medication administration, meals, activities, housekeeping, and general supervision, while ensuring a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment. Certified nursing assistants (CNA) and non-licensed caregivers are encouraged to apply, with CNAs being paid at a CNA wage. On-the-job, paid training is provided, covering standard precautions, medication administration and management, CBRF fire safety, and first aid and choking.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Desire to help those in need of assistance
- Ability to work every other weekend and holiday
