About The Position

Kettle Park Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Resident Assistant/CNA to join their growing team. Kettle Park Senior Living, which opened in 2019, is an 80-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. The community has a stable leadership team and welcoming staff. The role involves providing support to residents with personal care services, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity. This includes assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and mobility. The position also involves engaging residents in meaningful conversations, providing attentive care, and assisting with medication administration.
