About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking skilled and dependable Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide hands-on care to clients in Framingham, MA. The goal is to help seniors stay safe, healthy, and comfortable in their own homes. This role involves meaningful, skilled work on a daily basis.
Requirements
- HHA or CNA certification preferred (or willingness to train)
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills and a steady, calm presence
- Comfortable following care plans and health/safety protocols
Responsibilities
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Supporting mobility, transfers, and safe movement around the home
- Monitoring and reporting changes in a client's condition
- Giving medication reminders
- Helping with meal prep and light housekeeping
- Providing companionship
