About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking skilled and dependable Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide hands-on care to clients in Marlborough, MA. This role supports clients in staying safe, healthy, and comfortable in their homes. The work involves assisting with daily living activities, monitoring client conditions, providing medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and offering companionship.
Requirements
- HHA or CNA certification preferred (or willingness to train)
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills and a steady, calm presence
- Comfortable following care plans and health/safety protocols
Responsibilities
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Supporting mobility, transfers, and safe movement around the home
- Monitoring and reporting changes in a client's condition
- Giving medication reminders
- Helping with meal prep and light housekeeping
- Providing companionship
