About The Position
Juniper Communities is hiring a Resident Assistant and offers training for resident Associates to become Medication Technicians. Care aides provide physical support to help residents remain engaged, safe, and independent in a senior living setting. The role is part-time, with shifts available from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Weekend and holiday availability is required. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, with higher rates available for experienced caregivers. Juniper offers DailyPay, which allows Associates to access pay on demand. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, transportation, appointments, telephone use, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
- Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
- Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families.
- Provide excellent customer service.
