About The Position

Vivie is hiring a part-time Resident Assistant at Timber Pines. The role provides hands-on support to residents and fosters meaningful connections, helping residents live with dignity, joy, and companionship. The schedule is 32 hours per pay period, from 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., including every other weekend and holiday. The position is hourly and non-exempt, is in the Nursing department, and does not include supervisory responsibilities. No travel is required.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a caregiver, personal care assistant, or in a similar role; preferred but not required.
Minnesota or Wisconsin CNA certification; preferred and may be required for some levels of assisted living.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility.
Support residents with meals, restorative care, and life skills while respecting their preferences.
Encourage residents to participate in social, recreational, and wellness activities.
Help maintain a clean and comfortable environment through housekeeping, laundry, and organizing residents’ spaces.
Prepare, store, and serve meals, beverages, and snacks while promoting a positive dining experience.
Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or emotional well-being to nursing staff.
Welcome new residents and help them transition into their new home.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and provide exceptional care.
