About The Position
Bridgeway Estates is hiring for a Part-Time Evenings Resident Assistant (RA) position, working 48 hours per pay period. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for seniors who wish to join a high-quality team.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and role model the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
- Work collaboratively with members of the nursing team to provide direct care to residents based on the established plan of care.
- Provide residents with personal care, including bathing, transfers, dressing, feeding, toileting, and taking vital signs.
- Report changes in resident condition.
- Promote resident independence by fostering self-help skills.
- Keep resident areas safe and orderly.
- Medication passing.
