Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to obtain Medication Manager certification (we’ll help you get certified if needed).
• Strong ability to engage with residents, families, and team members with empathy and tact.
• A commitment to compassionate, high-quality care and service to others.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Prior direct care experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and other daily living activities.
• Assist with organizing, cleaning, laundry, and providing meal support to ensure our residents enjoy a comfortable and fulfilling day.
• After certification, you'll be responsible for preparing and administering medications and assisting with medical treatments under the supervision of the nurse.
• Accurately chart resident interactions and communicate effectively with your team to ensure continuity of care.
• Uphold residents' rights and dignity, ensuring they are respected in all interactions.
• Work collaboratively with your teammates to ensure all residents' needs are met promptly and compassionately.
