Resident Assistant- Medication Manager
About The Position

You will also assist residents with daily living activities, including grooming, dressing, and meal preparation, promoting their independence and well-being. Additionally, you will monitor residents' health and well-being, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals and family members. Maintaining accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care activities is crucial, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age (This is a company policy due to the requirement of this position to handle medication)
- Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to serve others
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

- Previous AL experience is preferred
